Curriculum

The Department of Theater Studies welcomes students from across the college. In small classes with close teacher-student contact, we offer exploratory electives just for curiosity and fun, general education requirements (including courses in the arts and humanities, freshman seminars, and writing requirements), as well as a minor and a major. Courses frequently involve teamwork, hands-on participatory learning, and experimentation, and therefore exercise different parts of the learning self—a refreshing addition to more traditional study.
